Welcome to High Street Dental Practice Pangbourne, established in 2000 by Nicola Merson.

Located in the heart of Pangbourne, we are a small, friendly dental practice providing modern, affordable, preventative and restorative dental care on a private basis, with children being cared for under the NHS.

Situated above Triangle Travel, we offer a spacious, modern
single surgery allowing us to cope with COVID-19.

We aim to provide dental care centered around you and built to suit your needs. Whether you would like a routine examination, are concerned about oral hygiene, or require an emergency appointment, we are here to help.

Our clinical excellence uses modern techniques to provide preventative and restorative treatments which we believe are the most reliable.

Nicola Merson started up the practice in the summer of 2000 and mainly by word of mouth has built this practice up with a close following of patients who return to her with their children year after year.

A MESSAGE TO OUR PATIENTS

We are pleased to say that the practice is now fully open, and we are following all the relevant, up to date official guidelines, and recommended standard operating procedures to ensure the safety of all our patients and staff.

There will be a few changes in place when you make an appointment, these include:

  • Before your appointment you will be sent a medical history questionnaire, and be asked about Covid-19 symptoms and your risk group.
  • Pre-attendance assessment will be carried out over the phone where possible.
  • On arrival we will be using a digital touchless thermometer to check your temperature.
  • We ask that on arrival you use the hand sanitiser spray at reception, before we take you through to the surgery, where we will ask you to use an antiviral mouthwash before we assess you.
  • We request that you wear a mask on entering the practice.
  • We ask that, where possible, you attend the practice alone so that we have no more than one patient in the clinic at any time, and that you do not arrive early for your appointment. If you are waiting outside then we will call you to confirm that we are ready to let you into the building.
  • Try to avoid bringing unnecessary belongings and bags with you, and visit the bathroom ideally before attending the practice.
  • During this time we would appreciate contactless payment where possible, we now accept unlimited apple pay.
  • Any future appointments will be arranged by email or telephone to reduce your time spent at the reception.
